I am a woman of many interests, including holistic healing, philosophy, spirituality, learning, movement, dance, music, yoga, photography, fire, and nature. I am a newborn ICU nurse, a dance and movement educator and practitioner, a modern primitive, and a student of life and living. I read a lot of books and I'm a podcast-aholic. I always have some path-altering projects on hand. I am an energetic healer, and I study the internal martial arts qigong and tai chi. I enjoy fire spinning, stretching, taking long walks, and breathing deeply.
